Caring and Compassionate volunteers are always needed to help with the 24-Crisis Hotline, Shelter Facility, Fundraising, and Office Work.  Our Volunteers are the "heartbeat" of our services.  Volunteers are trained and require a criminal background check.

Company history

The Oneida Crisis Center has been offering services to victims of violence since it's inception in June 1998.  The Oneida Crisis Center is a non-profit 501-C-3 corporation.  The Oneida Crisis Center is incorporated in the State of Idaho. The Oneida Crisis Center is funded entirely by grants, private donations and fundraising.  All gifts made to the Oneida Crisis Center are tax-deductible.

During 2006 funds were raised to purchase a shelter facility for victims of violence.  We are able to accommodate families for up to 95 days  at this facility.  The shelter has been refurbished and made handicap accessible from grants, private donations and local fundraising.

During 2010 we started building an addition to the shelter facility for our clients that will include a handicap bedroom/bathroom, children therapy room and counseling rooms.  We still need to raise approximately $25,000 to finish the project.
